Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Salesperson will be to generate leads, develop relationships with potential clients, and close sales in order to achieve revenue targets. The Salesperson will also be responsible for maintaining and expanding the customer base through excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products/services
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain and expand the customer base
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market developments
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
