Job Summary:
We are seeking a Part-Time Service Centre Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our service centre. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Schedule service appointments and manage service centre calendar
- Process invoices and take payments from customers
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
