Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to oversee our sales team and drive revenue growth. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and monitoring performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
